Twitterにおいては、長い間アカウントを運用せず放置した場合、自動的に削除されるという仕様があります。
こうなると、記録の証拠へのアクセスが妨げられる恐れがあります。
この点に留意して、アカウントの運用,記録の投稿を行って下さい。

However, if Accepted Kind of Media class is Video Only, you can't use uploaders of images.
On Twitter, if you haven't touched your account for a long time, your tweet with proof may be deleted. Then, access to the proof of the record will be unavailable.
Please be careful on this point when you submit a record with proof on Twitter.
